Businesses must now destroy customer records containing personal information by shredding them, erasing them, or making them unreadable.
Injured customers can file lawsuits for civil damages against companies that fail to comply!
Because the security of your business could become compromised or even liable, document shredding is a must today when it comes to the privacy of the corporation, company, client, employee, patient, or any person or small business.
You need to have all of the business records, office files, documents, and any other sensitive materials shredded!
J.P. Paper Shredders has been here since the early 1960s and will be happy to help you with your shredding needs. The current staff has been operating for more than 30 years.
You may bring your documents or records to our Monrovia plant where they will be completely shredded.
We will also make sure that the materials that are recyclable will be recycled.
You may decide to use our pickup service. (A fee is charged.)
You may decide to watch all of your records being shredded. (By appointment only)
All files, records, and documents are weighed by a public weighmaster, and you will be charged by the actual pound weight.
The minimum shredding charge is $40 for up to 200 lbs of Document Shredding
All shredding is priced by the pound—the more volume you have, the better the pricing for volume shredding.
Please call for current prices. Payment is due in full upon completion of the shredding. If requested by the company, a Certificate of Shredding will be issued for documents that were shredded.
Just remember one thing—documents that are called destroyed ! Are NEVER destroyed by crumbling or baling are never destroyed—Only Document Shredding will Destroy them!
By accessing the documents tossed in a wastebasket or trash bin, anyone can read the life history, or story of your work or business, as well as who, what, where, and how much you spent or paid!
